Our new fitness class Cheer 20:20 is a class with 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training. Join us on Thursdays for both our high and low impact versions of the class!

Cheer 20:20 is our new fitness class ran for you to enjoy fitness at your own pace. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and our coaches can adapt the sessions to suit you.
