We are very proud to say that 3Degreez is a Covid Secure club - following government guidelines.

Due to the unusual times created by the Covid19 pandemic our club needs to follow the relevant guidelines to keep everyone safe.

*July 19th update: Our drop off and collection areas will continue to be the same, with no access to the building from parents.  With the cases rising in Herefordshire, we will continue to wear a mask in the same manor we have been, to continue to keep our athletes, coaches and parents safe.

3Degreez Covid Procedures:

  • Masks to be worn on entering, and moving around the building (11+yrs)

  • Visors/Masks - Will be worn when a coach is moving around the space. For example when the team are working on a circuit of equipment, tumbling, soft play.  They ARE NOT required when doing active warm up, drills and skills.

  • Tray Areas - Designated bag zone areas have been created in all classes so athletes/parents have clear direction on where to put their drink and bag.

  • Entrance & Exit routes to reduce crossover of members/parents.

  • Prams - Outside please (weather permitting).

  • Social distancing measures in place.

  • No parents in the building (apart from parent and tots classes)

  • Hand sanitising pumps on entrance and exits, available throughout the class.

  • Fog disinfecting machines.

  • Temperature control on front entrance of building.

  • Track and trace through our Coacha registration system.

  • Isolation system in place if an athlete, coach, staff member was to become unwell.

  • As per our governing body roadmap class sizes will be restricting and booking is essential.

  • All other roadmap guidelines from our governing body will be reviewed as updates happen and implemented in all classes based on most recent guidance.
