What is Fit & Fed: Cheerleading?
Fit & Fed is a FREE 45 minute workshop that will cover the basics of Allstar Cheerleading. Each participant will also receive a free packed lunch following their session.
I have never done cheerleading before, can I still attend?
Absolutely, these workshops are design to teach you all you need to know, have fun and experience something new!
What do I need to wear/bring?
Please wear PE kit type clothing: trainers, leggings or shorts and t-shirt. Long hair will need to be tied up and jewellery removed for safety. Please also bring a water bottle.
What is allstar cheer?
Allstar cheer is a combination of dance, tumbles (gymnastics), jumps & stunts (lifts). It is a high energy class that will help build fitness, confidence and team work!
How do I book on?
Please email: hayley.warne@westmercia.pnn.police.uk to book onto any fit & fed sessions. These run most school holidays. If you are intereted in our main sessions please email: hereford3degreez@hotmail.com
Where do i need to go/how do I get to the centre?
Fit & Fed sessions take place in the boxing gym at Hinton Community Centre (Sat Nav: HR2 6AF). Please note; sometimes we will have our main cheer camps running at the same time - these will run out of a different entrance to fit and fed. Drop off for the fit and fed session will be via the green gate at the back of the building as shown in the photo / video link below:
