✨ Our Recreational Allstar Cheer programme is the perfect place to progress in your cheer journey! ✨
Open to athletes of all abilities, our recreational classes provide a fun, supportive environment where cheerleaders can build confidence, make new friends and develop their skills at their own pace.
Athletes will learn the foundations of Allstar Cheer, including stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions and dance, while developing teamwork, coordination and confidence.
Our recreational athletes also work through our Ready • Set • Reign award scheme before progressing onto the Allstar Passport Pathway, giving them exciting goals and achievements to work towards throughout their journey.
With experienced coaches, structured progression and opportunities to perform, including at our annual showcase, Recreational Cheer is a fantastic introduction to the world of 3Degreez Allstarz.

Competitive Cheer is an exciting, high-energy team sport combining stunts, tumbling, jumps, motions and dance into fast-paced routines performed at competitions throughout the season.
Athletes train regularly with their team to develop their individual skills, technique and performance while learning the importance of commitment, teamwork, communication and trust. Every athlete has an important role to play, with the team working together towards shared goals both in training and on the competition floor.
Our teams compete at events across the UK, with opportunities varying by team, level and season. Athletes experience the excitement of performing in front of judges and spectators while continually working to improve their skills and routine execution.
Competitive Cheer is about so much more than trophies. It builds confidence, resilience, discipline and strong friendships, while giving athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves and discover just how much they can achieve.
