At 3Degreez our classes are fun, high energy and addictive! We offer a wide range of recreational classes open to everyone. Recreational cheer is designed to help new members learn about the world of All-Star Cheer as well as continuing to train our athletes through the various skill sets and levels involved in all star cheerleading.

What is All-Star Cheer?
All-Star cheerleading is an athletic activity that combines elements of gymnastic floor tumbling, dance, lifts(stunts) and traditional cheerleading skills such as jumps and arm motions.  It is a great way to increase fitness but it is also a fantastic way to help boost self-esteem, confidence and team work skills. Most importantly, it helps make great friendships!
