Dudez & Daisiez is our 45-minute action packed parent & tot class for babies sitting/crawling, through to pre school. The session is active and fun, in an environment for parents to enjoy happy space with their little ones. Classes are designed for young children to learn and develop gym skills such as balance, jumping, co-ordination and exploring through tumble and play on our amazing soft play equipment.
Our action-packed music led class, is a fun way to help build their confidence to break out on their own whilst starting to introduce them to all-star cheer elements.

Baby Discovererz
Newborn - crawling
Baby Discovererz is our newborn baby class where we will be exploring babies development, senses and growth through music, dance, play and touch.
Using action songs, props, signing, lights and colour, enlightening their fine motor, co-ordination, and sensory skills.
A super friendly session, welcoming all new parents/carers from Herefordshire.
All tots classes are now bookable as PAYG or in blocks
(N.B prices are cheaper when paid in blocks)
